The welcome tea and virtual tour were mind-blowing, the place was super clean and neat, and the breakfast was jaw-droppingly tasty. The location was perfect for exploring and felt very secure, and the staff went above and beyond to help us, even printing our boarding passes. a truly amazing experience!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Dar Zerbtana. the staff, especially Batool, was incredibly welcoming and gave us a virtual tour of the city, pointing out all the places of interest on a map. the riad itself was clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious, with tasty olives, a delightful omelette, and traditional bread. the rooms were spacious, well-lit, and provided ample ventilation. the location was also great, with easy access to the medina and nearby restaurants. We highly recommend Dar Zerbtana as a place to stay in Fes. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷‍♀️.

We recently stayed at this wonderful riad for a few nights and cannot recommend it enough. From the warm and friendly staff to the beautiful decor and courtyard, everything was perfect. The rooms, although some small, were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The wifi and air conditioning worked well, and the location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, very close to the old city and easy to find. the breakfast was included and it was quite good. the air conditioning worked well and the room was very bright. the decoration was beautiful and the pets were lovely.

The rooms were quite small and the hangers for jackets and towels were poorly designed. the shower was small, which was manageable, but the fact that the water didn't drain well from the toilet was quite unpleasant.

Friendly staff, delicious home cooked dinner, helpful with sightseeing and organizing trips, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, feels like family.
