We had a wonderful experience staying at Dar Zerbtana. the staff, especially Batool, was incredibly welcoming and gave us a virtual tour of the city, pointing out all the places of interest on a map. the riad itself was clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious, with tasty olives, a delightful omelette, and traditional bread. the rooms were spacious, well-lit, and provided ample ventilation. the location was also great, with easy access to the medina and nearby restaurants. We highly recommend Dar Zerbtana as a place to stay in Fes. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷♀️.

We also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, including convenient parking and transportation options.
Nothing, all was good.

We recently stayed at this wonderful riad for a few nights and cannot recommend it enough. From the warm and friendly staff to the beautiful decor and courtyard, everything was perfect. The rooms, although some small, were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The wifi and air conditioning worked well, and the location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with airport transfers and even printing our boarding passes at 4am. This is not just a hotel, it feels like being part of a family.
Can recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We especially liked the fact that breakfast was included in our stay and was always delicious. The room was also clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed.
That the bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and functional. Additionally, there were a few noisy guests during our stay, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience. we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city.

I got amazing value for my money at Dar Zerbtana. The room was small but they made the space work really well, and the intricate traditional decoration added charm. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the medina but easily accessible. The staff, especially Batoula, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel like I was staying in a friend's beautiful home.
Breakfast delights, but the coffee could be better. It's worth saving your caffeine fix for elsewhere in Fes.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, very close to the old city and easy to find. the breakfast was included and it was quite good. the air conditioning worked well and the room was very bright. the decoration was beautiful and the pets were lovely.
The rooms were quite small and the hangers for jackets and towels were poorly designed. the shower was small, which was manageable, but the fact that the water didn't drain well from the toilet was quite unpleasant.

The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing easy access to the local alleyways and tourist sights. We also found many great restaurants nearby. the room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely bathroom and hot water for showers. the service was friendly and accommodating, with staff going above and beyond to help us with printing our boarding passes and arranging airport transfers. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. Finally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and added to our overall positive experience.
The noise level within the hotel at night was quite high, with doors banging and people coughing. This made it difficult to sleep through the night and detracted slightly from our experience.
